As a bona fide customs clearing agent, duly approved by Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA), Removal and Transit in Bond (RIB and RIT) facility are offered through most border points. Brokerage and logistical tracking through our operational border points  are provided. Special Delivery for Government/ Quasi Government and related departments’ importations are arranged through ZRA(Customs Service Division) to expedite delivery-subject to provision of Government Duty/VAT waiver letters. Final customs clearance is offered at most major border points as well as inland offices such as Lusaka Port office, Lusaka International Airport and Kitwe.

Packaging

And Crating

This specialized service is offered to individuals, corporate companies, embassies, and other exporters of commercial or personal cargo. These would range from Household Effects, artifacts, non-traditional exports or any other commercial cargo requiring special handling, packaging / crating.

Fumigation  and  other export requirements in accordance with respective countries (EU, AU, SADC, COMESA) are provided prior to forwarding such exports to final destinations by any means of transportation preferred by the client.  A specially trained team in this field will carry out pre-move survey, to estimate the cost of packing and crating prior to undertaking the final assignment. Goods are then packed according to their type/make.
